    Frank “Duffy” Fowler Jr., 82, of Hot Springs Village passed away on July 3, 2014 at a local hospital. Frank was born May 20, 1932 in Baltimore, Maryland to Frank Sr. and Mildred Tall.

    Frank proudly served in the US Marine Corp, he was a member in many groups, Retired Enlisted Association, 32 degree Scottish Rite, The Kiltie Band of York, GWRRA, Christian Motorcyclist Assn, Air Force Sergeant’s Assn, Clan Munro, Bahia Shrine (Legion of Honor), American Red Cross, Patriot Guard, Mountain Valley Sport Assn. Frank was ordained as a Minister in 2005, he received his 25 year Masonic pin in 2006 at Whittington Lodge in Hot Springs and his home Lodge was Esdraelon #176.

    Frank is survived by 1 son, Ken Fowler and 1 daughter, Margaret “Missy” and husband Eric Winstead, 1 granddaughter, Jessica and husband James Testerman, and brand new great-grandchild, Elijah. He is preceded in death by his dad, his mother who recently passed away at the age of 102, and his wife Ruth “Boots” Fowler, 2 brothers, Kenneth and Harry Fowler.

    A Memorial Service will be on Friday, August 15th at Good Samaritan’s Chapel in Hot Springs Village. There will be a Motorcycle procession starting at 12:00pm from CedarVale Funeral Home to Good Samaritans.

    Arrangements have been entrusted to CedarVale Funeral Home.
